Thermo Fisher Scientific Annual Users Meeting

See how our mass spectrometry solutions for HRAM Orbitrap™ systems coupled with powerful software can help you be selective and rise above the noise. From leading edge biological research to translational medicine, hear from renowned guest speakers.
For our annual Lorne user meeting workshop, the aim is to present technology, with workflows that improve throughput to simplify and answer complex biological questions. Our guest speakers are three eminent researchers in their field within ANZ.
Dr Ralph Schittenhelm from Monash University will be presenting a DIA phosphoproteomic study in response to inflammation and Dr Nicholas Scott from The University of Melbourne will present on protein-protein interactions across mouse tissues.
Closing the session will be an update on the newly released FAIMS Pro in routine plasma analysis.

Topics/ key words:
Proteomics, DIA, DDA, FAIMS, Ion Mobility, clinical trial, HF-X, plasma, Fusion Lumos, Host Pathogens Interactions , Immunology, Emerging Infections

Speakers:

  • Mark Larance, Ph.D. (CINSW Future Research Leader Fellow, The CPC, Sydney)
    "Bloody Plasma Proteomics"
  • Steve Binos, Ph. D (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Melbourne, Scoresby)
